From the ferry dock at Oak Bluffs, walk or drive down Sea View Ave. (toward Edgartown). Pass Ocean Park (ocean on your left and park and side streets on your right). Continue past the next park called Waban Park. The first street past Waban Park is Canconicus Ave. Turn right and no. 10 is the second house on the left. This is about a 10 minute walk from the ferry dock or about 3/4 of a mile.
